Topic: Learning from Mistakes

In a recent blog post, I told a story in which I discovered that I hadn't systematically learned from some past mistakes. I reflected that I had lacked some skills at the time. A Thinking Lab member asked me to elaborate. In this class we will discuss:

• Key signs that you have something important to learn from a past experience, or not
• How to identify your contribution to the problems
• How to think about your mistakes without falling into a self-criticism trap
