Using RCC, you can establish a rational basis for conversation, without sanctioning the irrationality or agreeing with what they say. In this RCC practice session, we will discuss when it is rational to do this, why doing it is rational, and how to look for the rational element in apparently irrational motivation.
RCC (Rationally Connected Conversation) Practice Sessions are one hour calls to discuss how to maintain objectivity, emotional resilience, and trust in conversations with other people, using Rosenberg's OFNR technique and other tools. These will be held via Zoom (video).
