Topic: Review of OFNR

The OFNR technique is the best way I know to get in touch with values in real time, under pressure. I teach this method in the "Rationally Connected Conversations" classes, but it is applicable much more widely than just in conversation.

In this class, we will review the steps of the technique and do a short exercise. Then we will have an open discussion and apply it to your cases.

To prepare, please keep track of situations in which you find yourself in conflict or confused about what matters most, and you don't feel like you have time to figure out what to do or say. Such situations are the perfect moment to use OFNR, and you will see why in this class.
