When you increase your self-awareness, you may learn that you have some old baggage, i.e., automatized beliefs or motivation or habits that undermine your success. When you uncover old baggage it is common to be discouraged and to wish to get rid of it immediately. But that takes time.
In this class, you will learn:
-How to ensure that old baggage doesn't hold you back during the period that you are aware of it but haven't yet resolved the issues completely
-The most important choice you make that ensures you will eventually resolve it
-How and when to accelerate the process of dissolving old baggage
