In this class, we'll talk about how to keep track of the details without getting overloaded or bogged down. We'll discuss:
- The necessity and real risks of digging into details
- The role of hierarchical lists
- How to figure out which details need attention now
- The role of systems and standard operating procedures
Come with a project in mind that involves a lot of details to keep track of, and we'll discuss how to apply these ideas to your real cases in class.
