Emotional resilience is your ability to recover full mental functioning when intense emotions send you into conflict or overload. In this class, we will discuss:
- How to recover full mental functioning when emotions overwhelm you
- Why the method works
- How to get better at it
In passing, we'll discuss why relying on suppressing emotions and taking timeouts reduces your emotional resilience over time.
